$DX My Nana always told me look both ways before crossing the Reit but with a .17 monthly div I don't require a crossing guard here.
$MAIN Speaking of Reits, another solid divy payer including lil extras here & there. Had I found this a year earlier my neighbor Mrs.Snootpiddle wouldn't be wondering why most of her Instacart deliveries disappeared off her porch.
