$VPER I'm guessing this means 21 Cities has been officially abandoned after almost 10 years. I used to read the city council meeting minutes and agendas, but I stopped a couple of years ago and I'm not going back to see if VPER was ever brought up again. I'm guessing they just stopped talking about it. Somebody should get fired/recalled/impeached over that. There was a mayoral candidate in one of the 21 cities that brought up this VPER debacle at one of the meetings. "Viper Networks will run its first US smart city pilot at a county facility, starting in Pagosa Springs." "Viper Networks set late Q2 2026 launch for mobile services in Archuleta County, Colorado, operating under Four Corners Wireless brand via 0Wire Communications." 5-6 weeks away from "late Q2 2026 launch". Will the company ever say anything about it after that deadline comes and goes?

$HPIL The OTC is truly high comedy.....amazing how so many lying scamsters just keep pulling in suckers day after day. Some like investors in $HPIL have learned a hard lesson. Many have seen their $AITX , $VPER and $DPLS fortunes shrink to pocket change. Whether its Oleary, SB, Stevie R, or Fahid, they are just a few of the scamsters working hard to pick your pocket. The OTC is a minefield, watch your step.

$VPER website and Financials indicate they are. Trading kind of indicates otherwise. So much past shadiness, I just think it's more of the same. However, the lack of fluffy PRs should be encouraging to the bagholders.

$VPER Wow. you know that all amazing companies have who designed and implemented their websites on their actual websites. Look at any big company, I'm sure you'll see it. If I were Janifer Cheng, I wouldn't want to admit that I had anything to do with 0wire.com. That thing is a purple mess that looks like it is from 1995 (were there websites back then?). And there is at least one major issue with the site in my opinion. If it's a mistake, fine. If it's not a mistake, that should concern shareholders. "These shares have not yet been issued and have been recorded as stock payable." Why? What purpose does that serve? Is there another "deacquisition" coming up like what happened with Ecotech?

$VPER Mistake on my part. "Principal Financial Officer" appears to be a generic term and not a title. In VPER's case, the CEO is the principal financial officer. And I believe one signature is for the "PFO" and one is for the "Principal Executive Officer". 2 questions answered.

$VPER Wow. Financials sure saying a lot. ALMOST profitable. Questions: Why is Levitt now Principal Financial Officer and not CEO? Why is the filing signed twice? Why are they increasing the preferreds by large amounts? Why did they not include what happened on Feb 1, 2025 in any of the financial statements from last year?
