$DPLS CONGRANTS everyone sub-penny time has arrived just as many have anticipated. The next big laugh will be when cheifsky says buy the dip.........maybe some in the know have been tipped off. I think oleery will be focused on ransacking $HWNI for everything it's worth....lots of dilution potential and RS possibilities.....I'm waiting to hear about uplisting HWNI with RS as an alibi.

$DPLS First thing Denis says is that this is a DPLS update and he doesn't really want to talk about High Wire or anything else. Then goes on to say that maybe he could use High Wire to financially assist Darkpulse, and then says he doesn't know what he's doing with that shell yet so he doesn't want to talk about possibilities. So, he acquired a random shell with debt that he's taken on and is working to clean up but he has no idea what he'll use it for and ask me about it but don't ask because I don't know and can't talk about it and this isn't the time or place anyway.

$DPLS DarkPulse does have technology that measures vibrations, but the way they do it is through fiber‑optic strain sensing, not a traditional vibration sensor. So, this is a technology first and foremost for fiber-optics.
