$DPLS Any announcement from Libya will not be verifiable. Since he has filed fake deals before. No matter what he says until revenue comes in and is audited by credible accounting, he is lying. Also he just spent weeks pumping Portugal and Dubai. He has no infrastructure or capital to do ANYTHING without massive dilution. There is not a single installation he can point to to even prove it has real world capabilities. No functional company in history has ever operated like this.
