$KOPN $KOPN is actually the play in my view; more diversified product line than partner
$FABC, and it's a 'joint' announcement .. Regardless this 'optical interconnect' is what I've referred to as likely presented at CES in Vegas this coming Jan.
$KOPN is NOT the only photonics play; but perhaps the hottest in the small-cap area (
$FABC fine too; just satisfied to be in the lead overall photonics company here, which is Kopin and we don't need more concentration). Also this afternoon I suspect
$OPTX will hold or extend it's gains; and
$ONDS and
$UMAC likey try as well. October can be rough the first couple weeks and strong thereafter; but obviously many variables for now.
