$DPLS $HWNI Nah, that’s not how it actually works. Yes, the government does want to help small businesses. But the idea that they hand out exclusive licenses on real military tech with zero due diligence is bullshit. Here’s the reality: • For exclusive licenses (especially on defense-related tech like LADAR targeting systems), they do look at your track record, your team, your manufacturing partners, and whether you actually have a realistic shot at commercializing it. • They don’t just give these away to random companies with a nice PowerPoint. DarkPulse is not starting from zero. They already have: • A real manufacturing partner (Sanmina) • ITAR registration (required for defense work) • A working prototype already being delivered to manufacturing • A subsidiary (Optilan) with years of actual deployment experience on major pipelines like TANAP • A serious national security team with real government and defense backgrounds

$DPLS $HWNI Nah, that take is lazy. Yeah, the government does give these licenses to small businesses on purpose to help the economy. But the idea that they “don’t do any real due diligence” is bullshit. They do look at: • Your track record • Your ability to actually commercialize the tech • Whether you have real manufacturing partners (Sanmina) • Whether you have real customers or contracts in place • Your team’s experience in the field They’re not just handing these out like candy. Especially exclusive licenses on defense tech. This isn’t just “another patent.” It’s the government trusting a small company with exclusive rights to real defense technology. That doesn’t happen if they think you’re full of shit. The company is clearly in a different phase now (Arizona office, hybrid tech, serious team, multiple government patents). The old “he did nothing for 10 years” excuse doesn’t hold up anymore.

$DPLS $HWNI Zillanation was never just about the stock. It’s the story of fighting for something bigger than the stock price. The stock became the battlefield for bigger dreams—including ongoing RICO lawsuits and sponsoring their own SPAC. It was a community dreaming big in the OTC, pushing back against a rigged system and believing something real could be built even when it looked impossible. Now here we are in 2026, against all odds. A company that somehow survived the worst is now stacking multiple exclusive government patents, with a hybrid BOTDA + DAS fiber sensing platform, a world-class manufacturing partner in Sanmina, a formidable national security team (George Pappas, Joseph Catalino, Mark Lamb, Boone Smith), a global operations footprint, and a dual-public structure (DPLS + O’Leary Industries) for long-term growth. Dennis’s dream lives. My dream lives. Zillanation’s dream lives. 🦖🔥🦖Dare to dream🦖🔥🦖

$DPLS $HWNI Hey Denis in your company update can you explain what percentage of the remaining 15% you controlled of SEPALCO that wasn't owned by Amled or SAS and was held by 3 individual holders? Was it 10%? 5%? 1%? 0.0001%? Also describe how you successfully completed this solar project as a fractional individual owner. Or maybe you owned Amled or SAS? Feel free to clarify these details for current and potential investors.

$DPLS Why does Denis need two aerospace companies and why does he need to resurrect his Sepalco company and why did he need Darkpulse Aero aka Elevation Aerospace aka Thoth to trade in during his acquisition of the Highwire shell and how did he pay their debts and why is he boasting about it going to .80 the way DPLS went to .20 and he says there's no good reason it went to .20 when it did just like there is no good reason for $HWNI to have gone to .80 and is he a buyer for that at .80 like he said he'd be for DPLS and why does he need a holding company to umbrella aerospace and solar with Mexican amphibious boat tours under one conglomerate?
