On the bottom line, the company reported diluted earnings per share (EPS) of
$1.04, which also exceeded the analyst consensus of
$0.83 per share by roughly 25%.
Service revenues:
$116.5 million, up from
$94.1 million in the prior year.
Product revenues:
$242.9 million, up from
$177.8 million.
Gross profit climbed 34.7% to
$85.8 million, with gross margin expanding to 23.9% from 23.4% a year earlier.
Net income rose to
$38.1 million, compared to
$27.1 million in Q1 2025, pushing the net income margin to 10.6% from 10.0%.
On a non-GAAP adjusted basis, the picture looked even stronger.
Adjusted EBITDA came in at
