$EVC the largest shareholder dumped another million shares. yesterday and average of
$7.17. They had almost hundred million dollars cash less than a year ago. Now down to
$71 million. Univision contract has to be renewed by December 2026. Univision took away two big stations in Florida two years ago. I suspect the main reason they were burning money adding news at a cost a millions of dollars it’s because that’s what Univision wants. Great television just reported an 11% decline in retransmission revenue. Entravision alreadygets the lowest net retransmission in the business. Yes, earned $.13 this share this quarter. But, they have to pay the bank back
$5 million a quarter and then pay
$4.5 million in dividends each quarter. They only earned about
$11.7 million. That only leaves
$2.2 million. A lot of alarms here.
