Posted on behalf of Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc - The arbitrage behind $CCDSF: a single private data center trades at two to three times revenue, but a public portfolio of them gets valued at ten times or higher. Buy running centers, inherit cash flow day one, capture the re-rate. Near $5M in recurring revenue across ~80 customers, targeting $10M by year-end 2026. Posted on behalf of Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc - Out of 54 companies at the 2026 Bermuda Capital Event (roughly C$5.12B combined market cap), $CCDSF was named one of five Top Picks, the data-centre capacity pick. The hook isn't a chip or model, it's powered rack space, and it's tight. Carrier runs five data centers across Vancouver, Ottawa, Saint John and Perth, with a sixth signed in Rochester, NY, its first US foothold. Posted on behalf of Carrier Connect Data Solutions - The tightest bottleneck in the AI build-out right now isn't chips, it's physical, powered rack space. So what happens when a small operator already owns a fully built-out 2 MW facility that's barely a fifth occupied? That's the setup at $CCDSF and its Perth flagship, Nexion W1. The asset is roughly 20% full in a market where AI can't find capacity, which leaves the recurring-revenue room: from about AUD $65K/month today toward a built-out capacity near AUD $350K/month, with no new capital required. We broke down the macro squeeze and the fill-in math. Worth a read if you've been following the colocation roll-up story: https://x.com/StckMasterFlash/status/2067342890398040123

Posted on behalf of Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc - $CCDSF is known for its acquisition cadence, but the June 16 move was different: instead of buying another building, it layered higher-value service onto the data centers it already runs. PureColo and Carrier are partnering with Radian Arc (a Submer Group company) to host its GPU edge platform across North America. Two lines: Radian Arc cloud gaming, and InferX, a white-label GPU-as-a-Service for sovereign AI. That moves Carrier up the value stack, from leasing rack space toward hosting GPU compute. More ways to grow per site without buying more. Context: still an early-stage operator, honest about it. Five data centers (Vancouver, Ottawa, Saint John, Perth), a $10.5M financing closed Feb 26, 2026, and a Rochester, NY acquisition in motion that would be its sixth site and first in the US. Posted on behalf of Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc - The 2026 number to watch on $CCDSF is the deal cadence. CEO Mark Binns on BNN Bloomberg (Jan 22, 2026): "We're looking at four to six, a more data centre acquisitions throughout 2026." That sits on top of five operating sites already built across Vancouver, Ottawa, Saint John and Perth. The Perth facility runs two megawatts; Purecolo in Ottawa is two data centres at four megawatts combined. Saint John closed in early March via $1,600,000 cash to Carbon60, plus $150,000 due three months after closing. The U.S. is next: an April non-binding LOI for Rochester Colo's data center assets in Rochester, NY (Apr 21, 2026 NR) would be the first American foothold. Still early. FY2025 revenue was roughly $397K against an early-stage net loss, and each deal carries execution risk until it closes. 2026 is the year the roll-up either compounds or it doesn't.
