$KEEL Don't think for a minute that KEEL couldn't turn around and sue the state of PA if they wanted too...needed too. Don't think that will happen but any developer as far along as KEEL is in permitting , it would be illegal to pull the plug on them at this point.

$KEEL - I was reading that KEEL has been following PA rules prior to building or doing anything. That is why they haven't gone live, to avoid disruptions after the fact. Tomorrow I believe there is a hearing for permits, but that is outside the scope of building/power, more of a general hearing of what we are doing and what we bring to PA.

$KEEL $KEEL This is actually good for KEEL! The CEO already made it clear that KEEL has already received approval for the “politically” difficult permits! They only await approval for the permits regarding sewer and storm drainage. In other words, KEEL already successfully made it through the neighborhood meetings and project objection stage!!! KEEL is all set! This really only hurts their potential competition who may be contemplating new data centers in PA! Less supply equals more leverage for KEEL!
