$AWX i talked to a guy who knows avalon pretty good. He says the ceo puts all revenue back into the golf courses every year. Hence why the stock stays stagnant? Wants to get Senior PGA to play here. Ling ago they had LPGA play yearly. This should be much higher.

$AWX Financials out (see link below). Nothing earth shattering. It's seasonal, so loss was expected; slightly less than 2025Q1. My takeaway: It should be trading above the 1/4 of BV it currently is.
