(Former) $CLIS asset / sister company $WNRS just did a 300-for-1 stock split which temporarily spiked their stock price up to $1.50…before it then crashed 94% down to 2 cents. $WNRS Looks like the new CEO needs to hire a new CFO and start a new chapter on this company going forward. I'm invested here but just a small position so I can track the stock in my brokerage account. I would buy a much larger position if the company shows signs of recovery to include getting their 10-Q/K filings to the SEC and becoming current on their filing obligations. As-is, I'm not going to reward a child that doesn't do their homework, so to speak.

$WNRS otc slapped a yield sign on this. Beware. Hasn't filed since 7/31. CFO showing same behavior as clickstream which eventually was delisted for not filing.

$WNRS 16b os. 27m mkt cap at .0017. This is garbage. No room to go up. The cfo refused to file at clis knocking that stock off otc and got it in trouble w/ sec resulting in loss of ticker. This has a yield sign. Buyer beware.

$WNRS Fees are too high and volume too low for Winners to be an effective trading stock. I've bought in for longer term with several purchases now, most in the 0.0015 price with Limit Orders, that do fill if you are patient enough with GTC Limit Orders at that price. I think that price is the current floor for the stock, that MMs are willing to let shares sell for to Retail level, and unless this stock takes a massive dump, we probably won't see a better price than that. As for more practical reasons to own the stock - The Sports Betting combined with AI/Analytics is a bit of speculation to think that Winners and their new acquisition will be a top go-to company, but at this price level, the stock and company are worth taking a bet on (pun intended).

$WNRS Just entered Winners (WNRS) with some big block buys, which are still relatively cheap for 100K blocks of stock (most brokerages can fill orders for that block size). The news today should really transition the company into the AI/Algorithm side of Sports Betting and could totally transform the company. New CEO at the helm who appears ready to dedicate his time and effort to grow the company from here. Hey, it's Sports Betting, AI/Algorithms, and headquartered in Las Vegas. This is cheaper than a vacation to Vegas and all-day Nickel Slots.

Add $EMGE to the wreckage along with $CLIS & $WNRS. (Probably a few other incestuous companies, too.) Several common players. Some insiders pointing fingers away from themselves and onto their former brethren…alleging fraud. Common themes. Wonder if they’ll all continue to escape justice? Yesterday’s enemy could be tomorrow’s hero. And vice versa. A hungry attorney - civil or criminal - could prove helpful to investigate the penny stock bandits. (But not a seemingly lazy and cowardly one from MI who might’ve sabotaged his company to protect his cohorts and avoid ever making VERY damning SEC filings about alleged fraud and shenanigans. $WNRS Any body paying attention to this POS? Not only having to wallow in my puke, shit and urine after personally spoken to WAR and averaging down, I wanted answers. So, I messaged him on his gmail, or whatever and posited WTF? I mean, I did due dilligence. This guy has a history and track record. Part of the WTF was : Do you have a buyer for your platform? WAR responded that he can not disclose non public information. Long 50k here, but I'm just putting it out there.

$WNRS Anyone know if $WNRS is still up and running? I've seen nothing in the news/feeds/posts in months ? Hopefully they are a better managed company than $CLIS. I know at one time both companies shared board members.
