NOTE 3 – GOING CONCERN
The Company’s financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that it will be able to
realize its assets and discharge its liabilities and commitments in the normal course of business for the foreseeable future.
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had an accumulated deficit of
$6,320,117. This factor raises substantial doubt about the
Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon
it generating profitable operations in the future and/or to obtain the necessary financing to meet obligations and repay
liabilities arising from normal business operations when they come due. The Company’s management intends to finance
operating costs over the next year with the public issuance of common stock and related party loans.
