$ECOX this was at 8.5 million this week btw. There dilution going on. They also don’t update correct shares all the time. $UMAV does it all the time. Where they issues millions and don’t update till weeks later after a couple hundred mil get diluted to train share holders

$UMAV just despicable work from Lawson here IMO. Absolutely ZERO respect for shareholders and that's ashame given that he seems to have a fairly decent aptitude for tech. However, this is some of the worst use of notes and dilution I've seen, even for OTC.....

$UMAV you are extremely wrong. Is the A/S 500 million??? No it’s 16 BILLLION. First sentence already wrong. LOI mean nothing. It’s not a secured contract. That LOI was there since 2024 BTW. So it’s a nothing burger. Those 3 convertible notes were Pennie’s to these people getting BILLIONS of shares. There is no pilot. Theres nothing so far so again you are way wrong

$UMAV They reduced the total numbers of authorized shares down to 500 million, they sign a letter of intent to secured a loan up to 20 million, Paid off three convertible promissory notes and working on paying down more, that's (reducesing debt) if you don't understand, Know what u have ppls be patient.

$UMAV Reduced shares to 500 million? That's old news. Authorized shares is now 16 billion. An LOI is a non-binding contract, anyone can claim to have an LOI. It's practically worthless. Try again. 🙂

$UMAV time has shown us all the truth. I'm not sure what else you need to see to understand this was a scam. Lawson has done this same thing with 2 other 'LTA' companies. The previous president and director for UAV Corp was found guilty by the SEC for another stock he was pumping. I'm still waiting to read about all of the 'tons of holes' in my information Go on, prove me wrong 🙂

$UMAV I don't think in all my time buying otcs with an opp to spike that i've witnessed a more blown opp than this one. The ceo is a complete idiot. Could have found $500K to $1M whale to come in and stop dilution and popped the sp over .01 with macro events and some easy company moves like a slick new website, positive pr series, contract pilot, etc.
