Tuttle Capital Ufo Disclosure ETF (UFOD)

Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, if any, in companies that the Adviser believes will benefit from UFO Disclosure. For purposes of this 80% test, UFO Disclosure refers to the disclosure, confirmation, or exploitation of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (“UAP”) and Non-Human Intelligence (“NHI”) technologies. The fund is non-diversified.
