1) If they went pcaob/gaap route the assets are locked at the current 600 million - capping the entire asset base and preventing potential future realization of other things like FX translation
Under IFRS that asset base may be worth over
$20 billion as is
Only IFRS would let that potentially be reaelizeed, not gaap
With IFRS if they did a multi exchange uplist they would get enough liquidity to match the US also...
Deloitte being promised does not = released now even if it was done. IFRS 2022-2023 are DONE PER FILING - but not released
just because its not released does not mean a promise was broken, the company still uses the term "Proper price valuations" in recent updates
