$GDC for those who dont know, diagio is just a guy that short everything, everything is a sh*** to him, he said months ago that Siyata Mobile $SYTAW was a trash and the merge was approved. Longs made money until it was approved. Diagio do me a favour, like i laugh at you in Siyata Mobile, short it now from this point, i invite you dude. Who cares if its chinese or japanese or from Israel, this kind of stocks is just for the squeeze that will happen after a PR about BTC or the offer (if accepted), nobody should be here for months, that would be probably a mistake, or not. But i already thought that a Reverse split before the acceptance would benefit the buyer because he would have to spend way less money. Its not the same give 10,75/share for 100M shares than it is for 10M shares. However i think i read somewhere that they cannot do a reverse split at this point, not sure about that however.

$CHAI $CHAIW That reflects a naive and fundamental misunderstanding. At the current price of $3.72 and OS of 10.9M, the shares issued in the merger would bring the OS immediately after merger to 53,910,753. Your $17 valuation of the share price after merger would make the Market cap $916,482,796. Come on, get real.

$CHAI Those September $CHAIW warrants may look much sexier later this week. I think they have a strike price of $17 after the reverse splits (17, what coincidence 🤣 ). I wonder if they'll offer options after the merger....? I don't recall them addressing that.
