$SURY Has anyone really read all of the year end filing? 10m line of credit-ZERO Permitting activity on the West Virginia Department of Oil & Gas website. Why? What is the excuse after a press release in January saying drilling was going to happen in Q1? What have they done with the money? We are being misled as shareholders.

$SURY The astonishing thing is that their financials show over 5M in cash and NO drilling or permitting shown whatsoever after a January press release said they would start drilling Q1! What is going on here? PR firm says they ceased operations and then rescinded immediately with fluff. WE WANT ANSWERS OR FINRA IS GETTING CALLS & CORRESPONDENCE!!🤨

$SURY It would be nice to know exactly what is going on with the company. We were promised to be kept informed and that they would distinguish themselves from the last management team. At this point I can not say they have done that.

$SURY Big question is how much longer do they have with THE YIELD sign again before it will convert back to EXPERT MARKET AGAIN.......IMO NFA I am guessing they have til MID JULY They are still due for financials Q1 2026 So thats where its at hopefully they get the preliminary submitted for that as well
