$SOWG I come from Ryzon Materials, which was Magnis Energy, the former owner of the Nachu mine. The company was meant to be a vertically integrated battery company, with its own graphite source and anode material plant. Well, the battery plant failed, the anode plant never happened, and Nachu was not brought to production. Meanwhile shares of Ryzon will turn in to SOWG shares. I wonder if the money I invested, which could pay my rent for 1.5 years, will be reduced to pennies. Or can a candy company get Nachu built? When players in the field could not? It would be quite remarkable, to say the least.
