$SMOFF Looks like Sonoro Gold $SMOFF is getting close to getting its permit for its open pit gold mine. $LODE $SMOFF $SKYX -- With all this volatility, checking on stocks that have sold off from recent highs and have become oversold is a good idea. "Throwing the baby out with the bathwater" comes to mind.

$SMOFF Chart here may be showing a tradable bottom. Bounced off $0.17 and closed at high of day. (Note the hammer on the chart). Williams %R is oversold. Just one opinion.

$SMOFF ALERT-- No news to account for this move down today. Judging by the day chart, the selling hit at 11:30. Tomorrow's market open should determine the near term trend.

$SMOFF Huge difference in the valuation of $SMOFF's Cerro Caliche open pit project after seeing that updated PEA. Saw this interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_20cnUaNd8 When they get permitted, SMOFF gets totally revalued, IMO. And probably gets more research coverage.

$GORO Agreed. Big mistake in the long run for GORO to "merge" with $GGAZF for stock. Looking at the charts of both, GORO obviously benefited from the initial announcement, but both stock hare headed down because of the concerns about Goldgroup mining's assets--like the Prieto mine surface rights expiring in 2028 because they were bought by Sonoro Gold $SMOFF. I would not be surprised to see GORO management and Board of Directors waking up and pulling out of the merger. JMO

$SMOFF New PEA should attract more mining investors (and research coverage?) and perhaps help with eventual permitting by Mexico. $GGAZF apparently has over two years to mine gold at the Prieto mine before Sonoro Gold shuts it down. Or maybe a financial arrangement can be done between the two companies? https://www.reddit.com/r/Miningstocks/comments/1rihh0x/sonoro_gold_otc_smoff_tsxv_sgo_updated_pea_just/

$SMOFF looking for a very minor pop after PDAC. If they get permitted soon they could pop 50% very short time to production. Updated PEA will show more in ground and more profitable but most of that is baked in. Next pop then is 50k oz production possibly within 1 yr from permit. I suspect $1 plus stock in 12 months. If..... 1. Updated PEA shows about 1m oz in ground. (They said many more oz will get included) 2. Permit given 3. 50k oz production slated actually happens (Could be a slight ramp up but 50k is goal) 4. Cherry on top would be 6k plus gold price. I am in for 1.75m shares, fully expect a minimum 5x *if* permitted. If they prove 2m oz plus in ground (they commented to strongly believe it's there) and go to 50k oz production at 6k gold... Should go 10x conservative. Plus you get a San Marcial spin off as a kicker. If they get permitted then this is a great play.... If no permit then a great waste. IMO.

$SMOFF In one of $SMOFF's last press releases, it said, "In November 2025, Sonoro commenced the preparation of an updated PEA on drilling and assay data completed on approximately 30% of the project’s identified mineralized zones. Sonoro anticipates completing the updated PEA during the first quarter of 2026." Sounds like within the next four weeks. That PEA updates the first one from 2023. With the huge rise in gold prices from then, the PEA should be a big positive. JMO

$GORO Got out of $GORO today. This merger with $GGAZF looks bad for GORO shareholders because it is not in cash, but is in way overvalued GGAZF shares. When it comes out that the Cello Prieto mine operated by Goldgroup mining will be shut down in 2028 when the surgface rights are transferred to Sonoro Gold $SMOFF, I do not believe GGAZF will go UP. The real concern is that Goldgroup mining must have made a conscious decision to NOT inform GORO management and GGAVF shareholders. But so far, Goldgroup mining stock has done great. I just get the feeling that the music is going to stop at some point. JMO

$SMOFF Averaged up again. Fifth time since $0.08. Sold some $ASM to get the capital. PEA should be out soon using probably a $3500/oz gold price vs. The 2023 PEA price of $1800. When $GGAZF disclosed it's need to buy the surface rights to their mine come 2028, this will pop, Imo.

$GGAZF $GORO Chart is overbought. Watch for another dilutive capital raise. GoldGroup mining has been losing money even at these gold prices with their only gold-producing mine, Prieto mine, will lose its surface rights to a small gold/silver company headed to production, Sonoro Gold. $SMOFF. It is hard to value any company when the equity price seems detached from the underlying fundamentals like GGAZF. Wonder if GORO know what they are getting into.

$SMOFF - They are expecting preliminary valuations reflecting the much higher gold prices since their last PEA (in 2023) by early February, followed by the full PEA about 45 days later. What I am impressed with in this interview is that management is not expecting the valuations to show a gold price anywhere near the $4700/oz now. They mention around $3000/oz price to be used. I bet it will be more like $3500/0z.
