$SGLD LOL so I was given a wrong address and went to the right one this time and it seems the tenant is Altus Capital as per the security personnel I talked too. Office is closed and will try again tomorrow. Did a quick google search and Altus Capital was being acquired by SGLD on 2023. So tomorrow I'll see if there are people inside that office.
