$RWAX After reading the announcement and the underlying 8-K, I think this is one of the more meaningful corporate updates RWAX has released this year, but it's not the kind of news that by itself changes the company's financial outlook.
What actually changed
The important part isn't just "they got a license." They replaced a temporary license that was about to expire with a perpetual one.
Key points:
The license is perpetual instead of expiring.
It becomes royalty-free once the final
$5,000 payment is made (they've already paid
$695,000 of the
$700,000 total).
RWAX receives largely exclusive rights against third parties for this technology in the real estate sector, while TAP itself still retains the ability to use the technology.
