So the 60 days for escrow distribution are up today. Supposed to use average price for the last 20 trading sessions.
That price comes out to be
$18.9.
United is owed
$54.2 million, so thats 54.2/18.9=2.868 million shares they will get.
There are 2.86 million shares in escrow.
Amazing how that worked out.
United gets back every single panny they put in, with zero loss, and we get nothing.
The
$18.9 price is the exact price that maximizes United profit, and somehow thats what ended up happening. 🤯
