$REEMF Before anyone sells their position consider the following.
General Atomics has a history of working with the US government, one example of particular relevance today is their work on drones back in the 70s. Should their AI enhanced extraction process prove itself they will not only rewrite profit margins, but be in position to take advantage of the US’s expansion into South America after security guarantees are in place.
For those weary of dilution keep in mind the offering was restricted to current shareholders giving everyone the opportunity to prevent dilution. REEMF didn’t need the money and only used it to increase GA’s ownership, which should boost conviction.
Smart money entered this week because volume/weak hands had dried up and will continue to buy up prior bagholders and profit takers clearing resistance. Expect a fade as they complete their order.
For now we watch price action and wait for news with hopefully more smart money joining in anticipation.
