$RCT - That's assuming they use the ATM at these price levels which will trigger the July2025 Warrants and Convertible Note floors to be repriced from the .55 & .57 floors currently. IF RCT waits until a positive catalyst(s) raises stock price organically to around the $.50 range, which I believe is exactly what will happen, then the total dilutive OS is only approx ~30M. There of tons of very positive potential catalysts between now and end of year ... Namely: India JV Definitive agreements, South Africa JV/ACA update, 3 RED AI Agent 2H2026, RAID+CORE 2H, 1H Financials update, etc... This will organically be above
$1 by years end - and possible closer to
$2 IF THEY EXECUTE! The MC is only 15M based on 68M OS - that is unbelievably LOW - need some repricing catalysts as this right now should be ~50-60M+ MC easily - throw in the catalysts and this will be back to ~100-110MC.
