I am remembering when I was satisfied buying for less than $ 30 - and selling for more than $ 15.
And before anybody is asking:
total debt still the same
The market value minus debt (also known as market capitalization minus total debt) for Playtika Holding Corp. (PLTK) is -
$1.01 billion today, compared to approximately +
$10.55 billion at its IPO in January 2021.
Because the market capitalization has dipped to
$1.51 billion while its long-term borrowing remains heavy at
$2.52 billion, its debt now completely exceeds its public equity valuation by more than
$1 billion.
If you add the company's cash reserves back into this equation to calculate its overall Enterprise Value (Market Cap + Debt - Cash), it currently sits at
$3.25 billion.
This demonstrates that the company's capital structure is heavily reliant on debt financing rather than equity value.
Interesting to follow, if there will be a path to $ 2.5 billion (PLTK $ 3,00 +/- 5 % ) when it's starting today at 0700 / 0830 am
