$PETZ Ms. Liu, Chief Executive Officer, just bought an additional 750k shares which brings her ownership to 20.3%. These shares were consolidated from other high-ranking members in the Company. This is not unusual to see preceding Merger and Acquisition type activity.
$PETZ holds a rich cash position, close to
$30 million, making it very undervalued at
$1 per share, and ripe for unlocking value via a Merger or Acquisition. I think this could be a huge runner in 2026.
