Who is getting paid in stock or consulting fees or whatnot: Co-founder's Son CEO's Brother #1 CEO's Wife CEO's Father In Law CEO's Brother #2 CEO's Sister Secretary and Director's Wife The whole company is a giant red flag.

$PALX Is there an award for Denbaars and his co-founder Shealy losing a lawsuit vs. Qorvo for patent infringement and theft of 37 trade secrets while they ran Akoustis? Read the whole section if you can, but the summary is "I hate micro-LED with the fire of a trillion billion gazillion suns. $PALX just a few weeks later - still no product or revenue and a $11.99 per month GoDaddy website and the market cap is nearly $400 million (after the issuance of shares for Vega Link, which it looks like was run out of someone’s house). Just. Wow.

$PALX Stay far far away from this one. Co-founders led their previous company to bankruptcy while selling shares hand over fist. Qorvo sued them for theft of trade secrets and violating patents, and won! Read the filings. The employees are almost all relatives of scumbag CEO. Nobody else will work for him. He took out $14 million selling shares in Akoustis while mountains of Qorvo trade secrets circulated through his company.
