$NXGCF Feel like this is one of the best gold opportunities in the market. Approaching - theoretically - the big upswing in the Lassonde Curve from exiting Orphan Period on confirmation of funding. Today's update tells us construction is proceeding. We know Appian have an LOI for debt (might be increased) and I highly certain there are already sufficient institutional backers lined up to support a construction raise (plus there are warrants which could provide substantial funds). It all comes down to waiting on the study and confirmation of capex. Then it's simply a case of capex - debt - available cash = amount needed either via warrants or equity raise. Even if a much bigger raise than anticipated is required the stock is still undervalued now (on a catastrophic-dilution-adjusted basis), and should re-rate post-finacing closer to 1x NPV. Even just using Goldboro and ignoring Goliath completely... looks like significant upside.

$NXGCF I’ve literally never seen something sell off this hard on no material change to the company. Almost down 50% in about 3 weeks time while gold is down 7% during that time frame. Literally nothing has changed with the company other than the war and gold selling off 7%. Somehow that means this should go down 50%
