$NCRA sub-quarter penny stock with a $4M cap doing 133x average volume to go DOWN 20%, which is impressive because usually these things only know how to ramp on fake volume, not bleed on it. $NCRA had the push but got rejected around 0.30 and now just sitting around 0.25–0.26 with volume cooling off. needs 0.28 break with volume to start going again toward 0.30–0.34. if 0.25 loses this can fade back down quickly. just a wait and see here
