$MINE Bottom Line for Your $MINE Shares Your $MINE shares (Minerco, Inc.) are: Not trading Not linked to the new MINE ticker Not part of any active company Not convertible into anything else Effectively worthless This is the normal outcome when an OTC Pink company is suspended and abandoned. :(

$MINE 🛑 Why Your Shares Do Not Convert to the New “MINE” In 2026, Mayfair Gold Corp. began trading on the NYSE American under the ticker MINE. But this was simply a ticker assignment, not a merger with Minerco. That means: Mayfair Gold did not acquire Minerco, Inc. Mayfair Gold did not assume Minerco’s shareholders Your Minerco shares do not become Mayfair Gold shares The two companies are completely unrelated A ticker symbol is just a label — it does not carry shareholders with it.

$MINE Kepp your eyes on your account: with the start of trading on the NYSE American, the Common Shares will cease trading on the OTCQX. Shareholders are not required to take any action. The Company recommends that investors who have bought shares on the OTCQX monitor their accounts to ensure that their holdings correctly reflect the new ticker symbol.
