$MDLK Apparently the private placement funding has been completed. Shares were bought at basically 6 and a half times today's current value ($0.0006).... What's that tell you? I'm adding often. Thanks for the cheapest. "As of May 8, 2026, the Company has received approximately **US$300,000** in gross proceeds from the sale of **3,750 shares** of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock. Each share was issued at **US$80.00** per share and is convertible into **20,000 shares** of common stock, representing an implied initial conversion price of **US$0.004 per share**, subject to adjustment."

$MDLK What's not to like: * SEC Reporting * Fully Audited * No toxic lending * Market Cap less than $2M * Profitable with a yr over yr ('25 - '26) revenue increase of 216%! * Awesome business plan with numerous products and services currently available and more forthcoming. * Acquisition of 60% in ASA Robotics which was profitable in 2025. * ASA Robotics had a 213% yr over yr ('25 - '26) revenue growth. Which equated to approximately $130K USD in gross profits.. So 60% is $78K USD....Nice since ASA is now stating that profit margins increased from 10.1% to 60.5%......!!! * This has me excited if they continue on this profitable path: "a business model that combines initial deployment income with recurring income streams from subscription, maintenance, support and add-on services." .......wow, read the filings folks. This company is for real and will be attracting more attention soon. Cheers

$MDLK It's a done deal... The acquisition for 60% of ASA Robotics has been completed! That's an additional 600k profit according to ASA's Audited financials if business continues as usual.... but I expect it to do much better. Here's what I like.... $MDLK Let me understand this...... The so-called ASA acquisition (60%) will cost 6,500 Preferred shares. Each Preferred can convert to 20k Common.... If my math is correct that's 130 million shares which at today's share price would be a pitiful $65K USD..... but yet the 8K says $641K USD... What am I missing here?

$MDLK I sent a few emails to IR requesting an update about the ASA acquisition. Let's see if they will actually provide a public update. Adding shareholder value now would be a good idea. Will a RS be coming soon? That definitely wouldn't be value added! I still have confidence something soon will be coming that will gain attention. If the 10Q shows profit as expected then this will help.

$MDLK Still sifting thru the 10K but the company looks clean and legit..... Profitable is good...revenue numbers will definitely be increasing throughout 2026. Fully SEC Reporting! 10K Audited! No toxic convertibles or lending! Decent share structure with zero dilution! Hey 'headnorthw'..... instead of being so negative how about spreading positive information about the company? One the ASA acquisition is completed then I am betting we will receive more updates from the company. In the meantime send their IR an email....

$MDLK LieHub poster 'headnorthw' needs to grow up and stop whining so much. If any DD has been done one would understand why the share price is currently where it's at. Currently no revenue has been reported. That's why I have made requests for the company to PR current known figures and perhaps projections based on profit margins, subscriptions, and Quarterly Sales forecasts. Also, there's little online chatter about $MDLK. I suggest start making some noise..... I am. I've been posting on a few different forums as well as following on X and LI. I suggest, stop bashing, and spread what's clearly positive about this little unknown ticker. Or else just STFU.

$MDLK Perhaps the LieHub poster 'headnorthw' needs to do more DD and post less negativity. I understand it's the OTC and the skepticism it brings but try a few things before being so Negative Nancy: - Spread MDLK awareness to other boards and forums. Many are simply not aware of this fully SEC Reporting and Audited company. - Contact MDLK IR or even an officer like the CFO and see their reply. They are the real deal. This will definitely be one to be remembered.

$MDLK From the CFO: "In total, there are 282 AI-enabled units deployed across public and private institutions in Hong Kong." 282 units already deployed and in action.... now that's an awesome start... Let's guess $5K profit for each unit. That's $1.4M profit....and if MDLK gets 60% that's about $850K... not a bad start at all.. Then I'm wondering if there's annual subscriptions to be received for support/updates/etc.? Interesting times ahead for sure.

Is ASA Robotics out of Hong Kong a financially successful company? Read the replies you get and then make your decision. Fully SEC Reporting and Audited. Volume is picking up. Get in before it's takes off....because it will!
