$MATEF Had a 30 minute phone call with Justin Rosenberg last Fall, and came away from it with LOW expectations ( at least for the near future )... Justin seemed to lean more towards blaming external factors beyond his control, offering very little in terms of what Blockmate could do about it... Conversely, a couple weeks ago, I had a 30 minute zoom call with Dom Carosa, and felt at least "mildly" reassured... Dom was more willing to accept responsibility for MATE's weak performance... For example, he acknowledged the company had "dropped the ball" ( his words ) with communication to shareholders... Going forward, he promised better ( and more regular ) efforts in that regard... To their credit, neither of these guys tried to HYPE me ( both recognize the challenges ), but Dom at least gave me the sense that SOME improvement was on the horizon, even if it was still 12-18 months away... He also suggested an UPDATE was imminent ( "by early April" )...
