$MAPPF — Exciting times for ProStar and its stakeholders.
I am glad to see Page Tucker handing over the baton at the right time.
Since I first met Page about five years ago, he has always said that when the timing was right—and he found the right person—he would step aside and let that person lead the next phase.
That may not sound like a big deal, but it is.
Many founders struggle to hand over the reins. They often feel they need to take the company all the way to the finish line, even when the next stage requires a different skill set.
I have always respected Page’s ability to recognize what he does not know—and, more importantly, to build the foundation, protect the vision, and position ProStar for its next growth phase.
Moving from founder-led innovation to commercial scale requires a different kind of leadership. Michael Wolff’s experience in digital solutions, underground-utility technology, global markets, and commercial execution appears well aligned with where ProStar is headed.
Page remains connected to the company through the Board while Michael takes the operational lead. To me, this is not simply a founder stepping away. It is the architect making sure the right person is leading the next build.
Welcome aboard, Michael Wolff. I look forward to learning more about your vision, the execution plan, and the path forward for ProStar.
The opportunity is bigger than the stock. Better mapping of buried infrastructure can help prevent utility strikes, protect workers and communities, reduce costly disruptions, and modernize an industry that too often relies on incomplete records.
Not investment advice. Always do your own due diligence.
