$IPSI I guess the could’ve been a Chachix type selling the small amount 10,000 shares at the close to show a 24% down closing price rather than an even day. Somebody is strategically trying to keep this stock down. Not sure why.

$IPSI Payzli, a privately held company, has an estimated annual revenue of $18 to $50 million. On October 29, 2026, they entered into a joint venture (JV) with Innovative Payment Solutions (IPSI) and renamed themselves Payzli Plus. In my opinion, adding “PLUS” to a company’s name implies a more advantageous and beneficial vertical. This is just my observation.

$IPSI pennystock read that article someone posted. It is actually right on the money. All Corbett is doing is attempting to keep a paycheck. That is it. A zebra does not change its stripes. Not sure if u r Corbett but you have wasted a lot of money on this out of business stock. The article is very well articulated. Maybe you should spend 5 minutes and read the very well written piece. The author has no skin in the game. You stupidly brag about how many shares u own and stupidly will end up losing it all. Corbett is a scammer and has been one his entire career. That is a fact. A 2 penny broker who has never made anyone money. He has lied on his bio. Was never a sr go at Lehman or Bear. He was a stockbroker and a low level one. That is 1000% correct. He was not founder of Shemano Group. Gary Shemano was. Corbett worked for him. Corbett can’t even afford a house he rents.

$IPSI There was a significant increase in the AS, yet the OS has remained unchanged for three consecutive weeks. This suggests to me that they have restructured the agreements regarding the convertibles and perhaps their partnerships. I am not concerned until it affects the OS, they can just as easily dilute the SP to nada with a 1.5B AS as they could with 5B.

$IPSI 8 mill shares traded today. I simply do not know where those shares are coming from. The largest lender hasnt been issued any shares per the agreement in the filings, at least I dont think so. I noticed OTCN playing their games coming and going. I have been able to get a few sells in here and there over the past few weeks, but its tough most everything has been accumulating at a penny. This is not retail investors no way, someone is doing concerted selling but I cant figure out who could have so many shares. I know for sure a year ago it was the largest lender selling daily between 8 and 10 cents, so now we're 1/10 the price, Im sure it could be them, but thats just a could, they really shouldnt have any shares left.
