$HKPD down 10.7% premarket to 0.50 on a
$13M cap, and the tape says 170x average volume before the bell, which is the kind of number that makes me check if my scanner is broken. nearly 3 million shares already on a name that normally trades like a parked car, and the chart's been bleeding for three months straight. no headline on my screen explaining why today's the day the volume showed up to sell. someone tell me what I'm missing here, because 170x avg on a quiet sub-buck name doesn't happen by accident.
