$HCMC So in Hcmc vs Philip Morris Lawyers used Ptab Review from previous Art similarities from Robinson patent and knocks out Hcmc patent But They used FDA approval to maintain their Own patent ; even though it was patent violation ; But in RJR vs Hcmc ; RJR tobacco doesn't not have any FDA approval ; So even Hcmc patent mildly has some Art Similarities with Original Gilbert patent from 1963 then Hcmc patent can allow to Adjust the patent But RJR Vuse cigarette patent is Clear violation of ptab Rules; Since Hcmc vaping patent granted approval first in 2014 and Vuse RJR comes out much Later ; Also RJR patent also in Violation of Original Gilbert If they are charging Hcmc patent with it ! So I am sure due to Several complexities; Hcmc Must have a Upper Hand & Solid chance here !

Institution Decision: March 12, 2025 (PTAB instituted review of challenged claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,538,788, finding a reasonable likelihood that at least some claims are unpatentable over prior art, including the 1963 Gilbert reference) Status: Trial instituted and pending (post-institution phase). No Final Written Decision (FWD) has been issued. Hearing: An oral hearing appears to have been scheduled or held (listed in late 2025/early 2026 PTAB hearing schedules, with a possible reference around Jan. 15, 2026). FWD Deadline: Due no later than March 12, 2026 (12 months from institution), with a possible extension up to 18 months total (September 2026).

$HCMC Question for those who may know the true answer??? If HCMC Share price goes up how would we know the value of our existing shares price for HCMC? Remember, what you paid for HCMC then is now backing HCWC under this symbol. Also, when you buy new shares of HCMC now it shows under HCMC and when you buys shares of HCWC it shows under HCWC integrated with HCMC purchased price. Please, explain to me. Thanks!

$HCMC Whilst we are waiting for this to play out, thought I’d share the prospect of Pan African Resources with you all. - High expected growth & profitability - 180%+ gains in the last year (at the time of writing) - Added to FTSE 250 late 2025 - Good market cap - Currently trading at roughly 46.9% discount (data from the 30th of January 2026) - Huge plans to develop profitability with plans to improve gold productivity substantially in 2026 Might be worth some DD research to see if it’s an interesting opportunity for any of you. Note: my only interest in this company is as a personal investor & my opinions on it are based on my own interpretation of the information available and my experience of the stock. $HCMC Short summary: RJR is trying to invalidate HCMC’s patent via PTAB by arguing obviousness. To win, RJR must prove both: - a prior-art combination and - a reasonable expectation that the combination would actually work. At the hearing - judges focused heavily on functionality and repeatedly asked how RJR’s proposed combination works. RJR never fully explained that. The case is now fully submitted and awaiting the Final Written Decision (FWD).
