$GES Authentic Brands CEO was on CNBC from Davos and said it would close on the sale of Guess today or tomorrow. It was "imminent." Bye-Bye Guess. It's been fun trading you. Also, he said that the tariff impacts would be felt in apparel, shoes and accessories, also in Beauty, over the next 12 months. Old inventories are depleted, have to re-order and have to pay the tariffs now.

Is $LULU overvalued compared to $GES? 🤔 While LULU dominates premium athleisure, its P/E of 15.97X highlights valuation concerns amid slowing growth. In contrast, GES's 9.7X P/E, coupled with better international performance and cost control, suggests a more favorable risk-reward profile. $GES set to reveal Q3 earnings — but will margins squeeze profits? 📉 Revenues are expected to rise by 4.8%, driven by an expanding brand portfolio, strong international performance, and the integration of recent acquisitions. Yet, rising costs and weaker Americas profitability could pressure the bottom line, with EPS projected to decline 32.4% YoY. ⚠️ Full earnings preview here 👉 https://www.zacks.com/stock/news/2794003/guess-sets-the-stage-for-q3-earnings-things-to-watch-for-ges-stock?cid=sm-stocktwits-2-2794003-body-21961&ADID=SYND_STOCKTWITS_TWEET_2_2794003_BODY_21961
