And would not take this large of position in illiquid stock without having clear understanding of the business. Sigbeat is the future for healthcare and autonomous driving along w smart cities. They are near a 13d filling position. About another 122,000 shares. And possibly closer since the 470,000 is as of June 30. And there have been some sizable blocks since then. Extremely bullish. Remember $2.80 net cash. No debt. $2.44/ share.

$FKWL the JV has only been funded a year ago. Hopefully we’ll get some clarity on Tuesday. This will take some time to play out but looking forward to Qtr to Qtr improvement. We know we have been profitable the last 2 Qtrs with improving margins. Diversification into higher margin products, SaaS, and customer base. Can’t believe they would have declared the special dividend risking cash without a strong belief in their plan. Not happy with the last few months price action but my timeline is still on track…jmho
