$FERN the news of a potential acquisition is exciting but I feel like maybe an update on their tokenization is in order? Just need to know we’re not getting distracted by something or pivoting. Again.

$FERN I don't pretend to know the motives or strategy or disruptions of such, I just read what they put out. FERN has left shareholders totally bewildered; I can understand Liquid Mercury doing the rollout for tokenbloq, LM built the monster, they were the right ones to do the rollout, but I don't understand FERN going dark on it. They could at least explain tokenbloq incorporation, shareholders don't even know what percent of ownership FERN has.

$FERN there was definitely a big surge that kickstarted tokenbloq. Tony set the RWA MERC at $.0063, and the market immediately took it to $.0078. Then the sharp drop that accompanies the drop off in volume, but it recovered well, and here we are 2 months later at $.0048; the coin is trading lively and it reflects a steady volume being invested in the marketplace. On one hand, the launch was a decent success, but more importantly, it seems the commercial investors are giving this a shot, checking it out. Now we just need for them to see performance... that takes time, a lot of time, but keep your fingers crossed, this has a chance to go insane.

$FERN Don't get me wrong, I loved picking up another 300K at $.001, this morning... but I can't help but see the disconnect between what is happening with tokenbloq and how it is perceived by retail. FERN price says it all. So, here's Hyperliquid, their trade was sagging on the year. Then Liquid Mercury uses them to settle RWA MERC direct, and one month later, Hyperliquid hits their ATH. That should tell you something about tokenbloq. It is cooking, people. Doing some serious numbers. We need a shareholder update in the worst way.

$FERN So, this belongs at MERC, but it belongs here, also. And since they already know it, but we haven't really appreciated it yet... https://www.sandmark.com/news/top-news/hyperliquid-oi-tops-11bn-first-time-2026-rwa-perps-trading-drive-recovery So, that's the bank, of sorts, that is settling the RWA MERC direct trades.

$FERN what else? Did you guys notice how Tony priced the RWA MERC? Fiat currency gets valued by the fiat... and there's a million different ways to do that, depending on how the currency is placed in circulation. How about the ACQUA1? Did you realize that the ACQUA1 is a Reg D offering by Liquid Mercury? Well, anyway, you know how when there is a stock merger, the two stocks are priced at their 12-month average? That's what Tony did with the MERC for tokenbloq. So, the first price was $.0063... now that was for the RWA MERC. The MERC adjusted to it, but I think that was market reaction. There is 3 different distributions of the MERC... Tony is about to explain that in a series he has started on reddit. Anyhoo, I was surprised when he chose to let value float on the coin being sent to the marketplace. I should have picked up on the wording "the market bids" for the token, he told us in advance that he was going to let value float. https://merc.liquidmercury.com/markets

$FERN IOW, investment into the tokenbloq engine accesses the marketplace through the MERC token. The process involves onboarding capital and tokenizing those funds via the minting of the RWA MERC, the token is then put up for bid on the exchange as payment for marketplace stock/commodities/crypto currency. tokenblock will need to behave like a brokerage for this process, I am guessing the corporation needs and owns a brokerage license for trading stock, and the similar license for trading crypto currency. To obtain those licenses, tokenbloq needed to be an entity, not just merchandise or service rendered.

$FERN MERC is Liquid Mercury’s cryptocurrency token. It’s tradeable like other tokens, but it also gives you access to their RWA marketplace, which TokenBloq is built on. MERC is not TokenBloq, but it gives you access to TokenBloq’s tokenized assets.

$FERN here’s how I understand TokenBloq to work. Fernhill’s TokenBloq marketplace is built on Liquid Mercury’s technology. Fernhill collects fees from their clients for each project they tokenize. Liquid Mercury generates revenue from providing Fernhill with the technology to run the marketplace. No tokenization. No revenue.

$FERN they call us dumb money, because they keep us in the dark. wildassguesses #30: tokenbloq is a joint venture: My gut tells me that I am looking at a private, non-reporting corporation, I think the stock is split 50-50 between Fernhill and Liquid Mercury. If that's the case, tokenbloq revenue is not Fernhill revenue or Liquid Mercury revenue. But Fernhill and LM own the stock... but again, it is non-trading stock, no market value. If/when tokenbloq kicks a dividend to its shareholders, then LM and Fernhill will report revenue.

$FERN So, they must be doing something separate with tokenbloq accounting... it seems to be its own corporation, and this is where I was asking months ago, who the principles are? If you look at the RWA MERC, it has 3 different distributions... that's tied to tokenbloq accounting. I don't know how it is set up, but it very much looks like all revenue from tokenbloq is - or at least, was for the 2nd quarter - flowing to the RWA MERC. For sure, none of it showed up on Fernhill's books. The RWA MERC is trading, has been trading for 8 weeks. That means tokenbloq is running. Not maybe, it is happening. BitGo, Solara, Fernhill, and Liquid Mercury should all be making money.

$FERN $FERN the good news about $FERN, even with bad news they dip for a short period and then go up for no reason. It will be another Groundhog Day. At the up for no reason stage, we lull ourselves into believing something is happening. Their only way out of this ,and to make their stock compensation worth something, is to communicate completely and effectively with concrete results and revenues. LOI’s don’t cut it anymore. Their only lifeline out of this is Saliba @liquidMERCofficial. If Kern and Co live up to his hype, we eventually bounce back. Your choice is to jump out when you are close to green again, or risk a run for greed. Like everything in upside down FERNworld, fall is our best chance to go up. Good luck everyone.
