DLH Holdings shares rose in after-hours trading Thursday after the company announced it had secured a position as one of several prime contractors on a U.S. Navy IT Logistics Integration and Support contract.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, managed by the Naval Air Systems Command, carries a combined ceiling value of
$250 million for all awardees and includes a five-year base period. Under the agreement, DLH will compete for task orders covering logistics IT services for Navy integrated platforms and DevSecOps pipelines.
Potential work includes software and hardware design, development, testing, deployment, training, technical support management, and system configuration. The contract is expected to support the Navy’s efforts to accelerate logistics capabilities through agile development practices and adaptable technology architectures.
