The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to provide broad market exposure through investments in shares of ETFs which primarily invest in securities of U.S. companies of any market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, the manager intends to invest primarily in unaffiliated passively managed and actively managed ETFs. The fund is non-diversified.
