The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that provide exposure to equity securities. This includes fund investments in shares of ETFs which invest at least 80% of their net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities. The fund is non-diversified.
