$TMC Everyone knows regular EVs, but another angle people are missing is the eVTOL wave that’s coming. With companies like Archer Aviation
$ACHR and BETA Technologies
$BETA pushing the space forward, plus the FAA’s new eVTOL Integration Pilot Program announced in March 2026, this is starting to look like a real next-leg transportation theme. These aircraft are much more likely to rely on high-energy lithium-ion systems than heavier LFP, because vertical flight is brutally sensitive to weight, range, and power density. Archer already uses Molicel-supplied 21700 lithium-ion cells for Midnight, reinforcing that eVTOLs are likely to favor nickel-rich chemistries over heavier LFP. That’s just one of many reasons I still think nickel, cobalt, and manganese matter for the future and why
$TMC remains such an interesting long-term critical minerals story. Ya yeet
