$BDPT I also brought something up to Drew this morning that he took directly to management. If you read the company's recent releases, it's clear they're focused on maintaining a clean capital structure and avoiding convertible debt going forward.
So I asked him: why not take a look at the authorized share count and consider reducing it to something more reasonable, say 500 million? If management is serious about protecting the share structure, that's exactly the kind of thing worth discussing.
That's what I do. I'm not just a shareholder. I'm an active shareholder. I research, ask questions, make suggestions, and try to help management understand what the market is looking for.
