$BCAR If the SPAC goes public, we get 10 dollars worth of shares in XLAB. if the SPAC fails, it liquidates and we get 10 dollars in cash for every share. It is a 90% increase from the current price which is unbelievable cheap. There no valid reason for this stock to be traded around $9.90

$BCAR People who are shorting are suisidal. The stock actual value is 10 dollars. The company has until September 1st to complete the merger and have the stock traded on NASDAQ. if the SPAC fails to do this, the investors will get back their 10 dollars per share back plus interest minus few cents for liquidation fees

$BCAR For everyone to know and not to be fooled. There are at least $9.99 cash value for each share after paying the $80,000 for NASDAQ registration. The $550,000 - $900,000 3rd part setup is paid for by the sponsors. They do not get them back if the deal doesn't go thtough So do not sell your shares cheap. The worst case scenario is the SPAC to liquidate and we get $9.99 back for every share. Patience will pay dividends on this one.

$BCAR Goldman Sachs still owns 4.4% of the company. This is 1,246,549 shares. The money of the investors is in the trust account and no one can spend it until the deal go through. The worst case senario is the deal won't go through and we get our money back with interest (10 per share) -100 dollars liquidation fee. Patience will pay huge dividends.

$BCAR At this stage, the stock price should be 9.80 dollars per share as the 10 dollars paid for every share is still present in the PUBCO Trust Account and it has not been spent yet. If the deal go through and XLAB go public, the opening price will be 10 dollars. If the deal does not go through, the PUBCO liquidates and the investors get all their money back at 10 dollars per share. If the deal go through, the company will have very low free float which both the sponsors and the locked up investors will push the stock price very very high to 100-200 dollars per share to give themselves opportunity to cash out after 180 days lockup expiration period.

$BCAR patience will pay dividends in this one hugely. Minimum it will double when it goes public then with the low free float about 1.2M shares, it will shoot to 100-200 per share to give the sponsor a chance 180 days lock-up period.

$BCAR Still this is 10 dollar stock even if the deal doesn't go through. Your 10 dollars still in the PUBCO Trust Account. The sponsors can not touch your 10 dollars per share until the deal go through. Either it does not go through and you get your money back through liquidation or it go through and you get a gamma squeeze due to gamma squeeze

$BCAR If you bouhht this SPAC and down no matter was your purchase price, your 10 dollars per share is still present in the PubCo trust account. Worst case scenarios are: 1) The deal does not go through and you get your 10 dollars per share back through liquidation. 2) The deal go through and XLB gets gamma squeeze to 100-200 due to the low float and you sell for a fat profit. Do not panic Goldman Sachs still own 4.9% of BCAR.

$BCAR wrong! XLAB will start at 10 per share. It will gamma squeeze within the 1st 3 days to $100-$200 due to the low free float of 1M shares and the AI industry.
