Terraflos bets on longevity: raises US
$3.5 million to combine AI, biotechnology and Latin American biodiversity. The startup closed a Pre-Series A round that valued it at US
$85 million and will use the funds to expand its brands of supplements, functional foods and skincare while developing a scientific platform focused on preventative health and longevity.
The fact that CEO Garreton owns 62% of Blueberries outstanding shares, and is the founder and majority share holder of Terraflos's private shares, it's apparent to me (and AI) that an RTO is in the works to take Terraflos public using the Blueberries shares.
Terraflos is valued at US
$85 M and Blueberries at US
$4.5 M. I'm surprised there is not a stampede to buy Blueberries shares, which is a way to own a piece of Terraflos at a potential of 1:10 or 1:20 reverse split after valuation and settlement. I could be wrong, but I don't think so 🤷🧐
