Last year they guided
$35M adj EBITDA and stock topped at
$12.50 on 29 million shares and been in downtrend ever since. So that is about
$325 million market cap or about 9x EBITDA
They've talked about conversational AI accelerating in 2026 and maybe low-mid single digit growth in legacy connectivity biz...
an incremental
$20M revs would drop probably
$10 million to EBITDA, so let's call it
$45M for 2026. Hit that with 9-10x multiple (
$400-
$450M market cap) and 26 million shares .. should be about
$15-
$17 per share.
But it is a small cap Israeli company so maybe won't catch a bid especially if guidance is bad
