Brian Paes-Braga previously founded Lithium X Energy and sold it for C$265 million. He's now Chairman and CEO of $TMCR. Don Sewell serves as President and CFO after his role at NG Energy International.

Just looked up the free float on $TMCR and it's less than 20% of total shares outstanding. The rest is locked up between insiders, the Hess family, TMC, and family offices. That's a pretty tight share structure for a royalty play.

Just learned that the NORI project has accumulated nearly a petabyte of environmental data over the years. TMC has been conducting offshore campaigns since 2011 with 23 total campaigns completed. All this data collection benefits $TMCR through their royalty position without any cost obligations.

TMC filed the first consolidated deep-seabed mining application back in January 2026. NOAA already reviewed it and confirmed substantial compliance in March. Commercial recovery permit is what we're waiting for now with $TMCR.
