$SCLX I can say it aloud now because I'm sure shorts know it by now - the
$PHOE deal got HSR early termination on June 16! But it's been crickets since...
So either we're just waiting on NASDAQ red tape, it's a done deal and both companies are taking the SEC 4 business day rule to PR it or there's something much bigger and Scilex wants to PR it all at once. Caveat: they could PR Acea BEFORE a potential buyout then announce bo after.
P.S. Once Acea is public and has to PR anything material, they might have a TON of big news to divulge.
$SRNE IMO would be a major beneficiary of a Scilex buyout, as Ji has 7m shares and we know how greedy he can be!
