$OPTT What Bowen normally handles
The big one is sell-side M&A:
▫️A company hires Bowen to find and negotiate with potential buyers.
▫️Bowen says this is what it is “most well known for.” It works with public and private companies seeking to maximize shareholder value and says it uses its relationships to identify strategic and financial acquirers.
▫️Bowen's Defense practice explicitly lists “autonomous maritime systems” as one of its areas of expertise.
That's very relevant to OPTT. Even more interesting:
▫️ Bowen says its history includes transactions involving autonomous marine vessels.
And its founder, Paul Bowen, previously served as a U.S. Naval Officer, including at the Pentagon and in roles involving naval surface-warfare acquisitions and budgets.
So this isn't some generic Wall Street firm that OPTT randomly hired. They specifically know defense + autonomous maritime + M&A.
